Mind - stress leads to excess cortisol that not only ages our skin but give us belly fat. YUCK!!
Body - exercise and food are so important to the aging process.
Exercise helps the body remove toxins that can cause aging.
Food is the information your body uses to age well. Every time you pick your fork up to your mouth you are making a decision of what that information is - healthy or unhealthy.
Spirit - having a solid community of people around you keeps you young and healthy. Knowing that you are part of something bigger is nourishing to the soul.
